Claire is a highly trained and experienced professional, with a diverse background in clinical psychology and yoga. She holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology, which has provided her with a deep understanding of mental health and wellness, and has honed her skills in providing compassionate care to those in need. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher through Yoga Scotland, Claire has an in-depth knowledge of various yoga styles and techniques, including restorative yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her passion for yoga and mindfulness has led her to write for the Sunday Herald with her popular column "Balance, for Mind, Body, and Spirit", and co-author the book "Awakening the Chakras Through Yoga". Claire is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being through the power of yoga and mindfulness, and strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all of her students.
